4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Options:

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available within the UK for orders over £40. For orders under £40, a shipping fee will apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free Next-Day Delivery: Subject to stock availability, payment authorization, and postcode restrictions.

4.2 Delivery Times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 13:00 UK time to qualify. Deliveries are subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or courier issues.

4.3 Exclusions:
Some remote areas may not be eligible for next-day delivery. We will notify you at checkout if your postcode is excluded.

4.4 Delivery Issues:
Jonassence Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events. Customers must provide accurate shipping details; errors in the address may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
